At Jackie Tailor, we care about your happiness. We promise to fix any problem with your clothing in a fair and caring way. Our team is here to listen, guide you, and help you find the best solution.

Because your items are made just for you, we usually cannot accept full returns unless there is a problem with quality or a clear mistake. We will always try to make adjustments to get the right fit for you.

Before giving you your order, our team checks everything to make sure it meets our high standards. If you find a mistake we missed, please tell us quickly so we can fix it.

If your clothes do not fit well, we can make small size changes for you at no extra cost within 7 days of delivery. Bigger changes might cost a little extra, but we will always tell you first.

If you change your mind after ordering, please talk to us as soon as you can. We may be able to help, but once fabric is cut or sewing has started, some costs may not be refundable.

If you ask for a return or change, sometimes you might need to pay for transport costs. We will let you know clearly before collecting your item or sending it back.
