Ordering & Measurements
Place an order through our website or WhatsApp and we’ll guide you.
Our tailor will personally take all the necessary measurements during your home or office visit, including bust/chest, waist, hips, shoulder width, sleeve length, and garment length. This ensures a perfect fit every time, without the worry of measuring yourself.
Yes! Our mobile tailoring team is happy to come to your location for accurate measurements

Payments & Pricing
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or bank transfer.
Yes! We use trusted partners to protect your money, like Mobile Money and bank transfer.
Yes, a small deposit secures your booking.

Production & Delivery
Usually 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.
Currently we focus on local deliveries.
Once your order is complete, our tailor will personally contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. We deliver your finished garment directly to you, ensuring a smooth, premium experience from start to finish.
Sometimes we can speed up your order. Please ask us on WhatsApp if you’re in a hurry.

Returns, Exchanges & Adjustments
Yes! Please see our returns page for details.
We fix or replace at no extra cost.
Email us at kjackietailor@gmail.com or message via WhatsApp with your order details and issue. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
If you gain or lose significant weight before delivery, please notify us. We will do our best to adjust the garment accordingly.

Alterations & Fit
We include small changes within 7 days after delivery. Bigger changes may have a small cost.
Yes, minor adjustments are free. Major adjustments are quoted separately.
