We require bust/chest, waist, hip, shoulder width, sleeve length, and garment length. We provide a step‑by‑step guide to help you measure accurately from home.
Absolutely! We offer a free consultation via WhatsApp to ensure a perfect fit. Share your measurements and concerns, and we’ll assist you personally.

Payments & Pricing
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard via payment gateway, and bank transfer. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.
Yes. Our payment portal uses encrypted, PCI-compliant services, and we never store your full card details. Mobile money transactions are processed via trusted MNOs.
We offer full payment or deposit options. You can make a deposit to secure your order and pay the remainder when we confirm your garment is ready.

Production & Delivery
Tailoring orders usually take 7–14 days after payment. Rush orders can be prioritized upon request; feel free to reach out for details.
Yes! We ship internationally. Orders are sent via secure courier, and you are responsible for any duties or import taxes in your country.
Certainly! After dispatch, we’ll share a tracking link. You can also use the “Track My Order” page on the website to stay updated.

Returns, Exchanges & Adjustments
Since each piece is handmade to your specifications, returns aren’t offered for change of mind. We provide one free alteration if the fit isn’t quite right.
Contact us within 3 days with photos and your order number. We will repair or remake it at no extra cost and cover return shipping.

Alterations & Fit
Your first alteration for fit concerns is complimentary within 7 days. Additional complex alterations may incur a small fee, which we can quote based on your needs.
